RICHLAND, WASHINGTON

GPI’s work with Richland School District, Construction Services Group, Educational Service District, Design West Architects and numerous talented contractors has truly been the defining chapter of our Tri-Cities, WA portfolio.

 Through the organization of these talent pools, GPI has been privileged to work on dozens of education-related projects. From new elementary, middle and high schools to a new administration building, a number of sports facilities, and infrastructure. Fortunately, this District’s organizational talents boast a forward looking view to planning, looking decades into the future of its patron’s needs and growth patterns. The geology for these projects is relatively simple comparatively speaking. What GPI aspires to bring to the project team is proactive design that helps the District realize economies in earthwork and clear geotechnical documents with reliability during bidding and construction. With Richland School District’s trust, we’ve evaluated geologic risks as partners and developed intellectual equity in solutions that leave funding for programming that enhances the student experience.
